If you register with us and then subsequently decide that you do not want to receive updates from us, we’ll continue to store your details on our CRM so that we can ensure that you do not receive future updates from us. There might be a small delay between you opting out of communications and our systems stopping these communications being sent to you. This is due to technical limitations and we’re sorry if this causes you any inconvenience.

Sensitive data includes information such as race or ethnic origin; financial information; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; health information; the processing of genetic or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person; information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
PanasMcInnes.com operates a members’ area, where individuals can share information about themselves. We don’t use this data for any purpose other than providing the services offered within the members area. We don’t advise that members share any sensitive personal data, and we reserve the right to delete any data which we consider to be sensitive in nature.
