We collect, use, process and store (collectively ‘Process’) information which can be linked to you specifically (collectively ‘Personal Data’). We’ll Process this Personal Data in accordance with applicable regulation, including (without limitation) the Data Protection Act 2018.

2.1 – General users of panasmcinnes.com

When you use this Website, we also collect details of your internet protocol (‘IP’) address and other details about your computer, which is automatically stored by our web server for analytics purposes.

We use software tools, including Google Analytics, to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 2.2 – Registered users of panasmcinnes.com

If you choose to register on our website, we’ll collect certain personal information which allows us to provide you with this service. This data includes, at a minimum, your full name and email address, and, if you choose to provide it, additional information such as your physical address and phone number. 2.3 – Surveys

We regularly review user lists to determine whether they remain active on our website, and where users have been inactive for a significant period of time, we’ll delete their data from our CRM.

Data you send to us is transferred over a secure connection using industry-standard encryption technology as it is sent over the Internet.

If you register with us and then subsequently decide that you do not want to receive updates from us, we’ll continue to store your details on our CRM so that we can ensure that you do not receive future updates from us. There might be a small delay between you opting out of communications and our systems stopping these communications being sent to you. This is due to technical limitations and we’re sorry if this causes you any inconvenience.

PanasMcInnes.com doesn’t intentionally collect data which is sensitive in nature. Sensitive data includes information such as race or ethnic origin; financial information; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; health information; the processing of genetic or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person; information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

PanasMcInnes.com operates a members’ area, where individuals can share information about themselves. We don’t use this data for any purpose other than providing the services offered within the members area. We don’t advise that members share any sensitive personal data, and we reserve the right to delete any data which we consider to be sensitive in nature.

This help us to understand and target more relevant advertising in the future.
